      This was the best cheat's apple tart just with apricot jam mixed with brandy under the sliced apples as well as brushed over.

      The most delicious muffins I have ever made. Irresistible still warm from the oven, with the gooey bits of marzipan inside. I skipped the berry compote and made only the muffins and used homemade marzipan (a wonderful recipe by Paul Hollywood).

      I followed the method and but with asian flavourings (5 spice, ginger, soy) and it turned out perfect, the meat was juicy and melting. This will be my go-to method for pork belly, you could take it in any direction you like.
