    A summer salad (pg 82) combines radishes, red bell pepper, cucumber, spring onion, scrambled egg, and watercress with a basic vinaigrette. Excellent mix but for some the ingredients may not be available at their grocery.

    Salade Aveyrod (pg 129) is a simple salad of little gem lettuce, walnuts, and Rooquefort cheese with a walnut oil-lemon juice vinaigrette. Delicious.
