This might be good if you have carrot pulp left after making carrot juice. I tried making it 3 times and conclude that otherwise it's either too soggy or a waste of carrot juice.
Relatively easy, and the pears bake quickly sliced like this. Also very nice.
I made this with other Italian biscuits but must make it again with proper amaretti biscuits.
These are lovely, I served them with vanilla ice cream a topped with praline, also substituted Campari for the grand marnier. The leftover poaching syrup makes a nice base for a champagne cocktail
I messed these up a little by cutting the zucchini too fat, I should have used the mandolin like the recipe suggested. I fried the zucchini for a few minutes to soften it and it turned an unappealing colour. The taste was still nice.
A nice basic frittata recipe. I added a bit of Parmesan to the egg mix.
1.) Swapped spinach for rocket 2.) swapped almonds for pine nuts. 3.) Yum!
