Publishers Text
We’re delighted to announce the launch of Kew Village Market Cookbook, a collection of over 100 recipes celebrating the range and quality of our stallholders’ produce.
Compiled by award-winning cookery writer Sarah Edington, who has lived in Kew for many years, and with a foreword by local historian David Blomfield, Kew Village Market Cookbook is designed to inspire you – to come to the market, to buy, to cook, to eat and to enjoy!
The handsome glossy paperback, illustrated with line drawings and atmospheric photos of the market, is wire bound (to lie flat when you’re cooking from it) and costs £10.
From 5th October you can buy your copy from the Kew Village Market stall on every first Sunday of the month, from 10am to 2pm.
All proceeds from the book are being donated to local charities.
