      This turned out really well! The batter was a bit thick so I added some water to it. The only thing I would change is to add some more buffalo sauce after baking, so that the flavor is more pronounced. I would also add more salt to the batter.

      This was delicious. My husband was really skeptical, but it was awesome. I used cashew butter instead of sesame, and agar agar instead of xanthan gum.

      I wouldn't use this as a regular mayo since I found it a bit acidic, but it worked really well in the Blue Cheez dressing from this book.

      Barbecue sauce is so good!! Drizzled a cashew based dressing over the top and it was next level! Would be good in a wrap, too.

      Excellent roasted veggies! Marinade barely covered all of the veggies, but flavor was excellent throughout. Loved it on sprouted brown rice. They did not cook down as much as I expected! Double batch took a long time to make but made a TON!

      I’ve made this many times. I like to use canned mushrooms as the texture is perfect for the faux oysters. Decided to convert the recipe for the microwave tonight, and it came out great. Used lactic acid in place of lemon juice and cornstarch instead of water and wheat flour.
