Cinnamon Spice Swirl Bread is the best cinnamon bread I have ever tasted. I make it for kids. A scrawny 7 year old neighbor consumed a 1/3 of a loaf at one time. The secret is the cardamom and cloves in the cinnamon spice mix filling.

I made this but did not get an open crumb like the crumb depicted in pictures, and I realize this is fully down to my skill, but I've made baguettes since that were better in flavor and crumb so I don't feel the need to come back to this, though I am tempted.
