      This was a good side dish. I made this with ancho chili, but other chilis can be used, such as mulato, pasilla, and chipotle. Using other chilies would be a good way of learning the flavor profiles of various chilies.

      I was so curious about this flavor combination, as I think chilis and chocolate are so good together. However, I didn't like it and would not make this again. There was a lot of texture going on with the corn meal and the pumpkin seeds. Also, there were too many different flavors. I made it for a dinner party and my guests wanted to know if it was a "healthy" cake recipe.
