      Pg. 78. I chose this recipe because it contained several ingredients that I had leftover and needed to use up. After reading through it, I was dubious about how tasty it would be. Well, I was right -- it was fairly tasteless. However, you have to love how healthy it is. I did increase the amounts of several of the ingredients that could add more flavor.

      Pg. 188. Made this last summer but didn't write a note about it til now. This was horrible. Would never, ever make it again.

      The flavours were nice but I didn't like the texture of the grated celery root. If I made again, I would julienne the root and steam a little longer.
