      Interesting mole.. we've had a glut of cherry tomatoes and this came up in my roulette recipe search. Mole itself was a little bland until I added 2 oz of a decent 75% chocolate (as well as the cocoa powder).

      Even with softened butter, really thoroughly creamed, when the pashka set up it had lumps of butter through it.
