      I sautéed segmented pears in some brown sugar, butter & rosemary leaves until caramelised, then added some water, cognac & vanilla bean paste to simmer until tender.

      Yum and I didn't even have any of the herbs. I substituted martini rossi for brandy... I substituted cream cheese for sour cream but wish I'd just left it out.

      Baked potatoes and served separately and used asparagus instead of beans, superb and cooked to perfection. Was cooked a bit early so took it out of oven and did the grilling just before serving. Salsa was great too, used my Thermomix.
