Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Quick lunchtime omelette

    • Astrid5555 on May 30, 2015

Quick as promised but nothing special.

  • Beef curry

    • ccav on February 23, 2016

This was very easy and tasted good. Leftovers reheated well, even after being frozen. I made this in the slow cooker and added some chickpeas to the recipe. Next time I might wait to add coconut milk until the last hour of cooking.

  • Chicken nuggets with mango and avocado salsa

    • Hellyloves2cook on May 27, 2015

super easy to make but my children thought the coconut flour and desiccated coconut was too dry in the mouth. I used large spinach leaves instead of the lettuce to wrap around the nugget with the salsa.
