  • Liquid Caprese – mozzarella with tomato and dashi broth

    • Acarroll on September 03, 2025

Mine looked nothing like the picture but it was delicious. ?? would make again!

  • Bolognese ragù

    • RCL on May 18, 2025

Brilliant! Made this exactly as per recipe for our F1 cook along. Rave reviews. Doubled the recipe and would do again. Totally different from a uk bolognese. Will definitely make again.

  • Torta al testo

    • CaffeineRage on February 22, 2023

A pretty simple, quick flatbread. I cooked it on a hot, cast iron griddle, flipping it a couple of times to get even cooking. I would suggest going a bit heavier on the salt next time, it felt like it was just short. Also, it's a stiff dough. Use a stand mixer if you can.

  • Bigoli in salsa

    • FJT on September 03, 2020

I wanted to like this more than I did. Don’t get me wrong; it’s fine, but I guess you really have to like anchovies and I obviously don’t like them enough for them to be the over-riding flavour in a dish. My husband on the other hand loved it! On the plus side it was ridiculously easy to make. I used gluten-free linguine rather than bigoli.

  • Slovenian walnut dumplings (Kobarid dumplings)

    • psuedomenous on February 14, 2025

they're very yummy, just bookmarked it

  • Sauerkraut and bean stew (Jota)

    • FJT on January 24, 2022

A very hearty stew for a cold day. I used canned borlotti beans and lardons instead of a slab of pancetta which meant this stew was ready in about 30 minutes.

  • Crostini with rocket, buffalo stracciatella, Parma ham and pine nuts

    • mjes on December 03, 2019

This is a good recipe to prepare to illustrate how to use stracciatella in a build your own appetizer board.
