Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Slow cooker coconut rice pudding

    • radishseed on November 10, 2025

Since four hours in the slow cooker is awkward timing for breakfast, I cooked this overnight, and it came out with quite a thick texture instead of having individual rice grains as in the picture. Not overly sweet, but I might prefer half the maple syrup.
