    Lola Berry's eighth book. Chapters are divided into foods and recipes for happiness,energy,beauty,immunity,calming, weight loss and detox. Whatever your health goals you will find something in here. Within each chapter Lola lists anywhere between 6-8 foods ( ingredients) which she calls 'hero ingredients' specific to the focus outlined in the chapter. Some ingredients cross over but thats pretty good as it means it is benefitting your body in more than ways than one. Within each chapter Lola gives you cheats, tips, a yoga pose, tea recommendations and delicious recipes that will suit those following all sorts of dietary needs. Every recipe has a dietary reference system to help you identify and navigate your way through the book with ease. A beautiful book, colourful and not at all overwhelming. cant wait to dive right in and cook.
