Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Boneless pork chops with blackberry jam

    • EdM on February 15, 2026

If fresh - and tasty - blackberries not available, can use a high quality jam. I used blueberry jam, added a little pomegranate juice, sugar, lemon and some red wine, boiled it down, it was great.
