      Many recipes for this cake but I liked this one because it used weights. Used buttermilk instead of milk. Cake turned out very moist with nice texture. Did a checkerboard cake

  • Pecan crumble coffee cake

      I made this in a regular 8x8 baking pan, and brought it to a Saturday brunch. Everyone loved it! The cream cheese makes it very moist, and I liked the cinnamon spice. (Also posted on the Bake from Scratch book v. 1 and the Winter 2016 magazine version.)
