Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Carrot cake

    • e_ballad on October 27, 2018

Burnt beyond redemption 30 mins in using the specified 200oC. Might try again using 180oC.

  • Ginger brûlée tarts

    • e_ballad on November 06, 2017

THE brûlée tarts that impressed Yotam Ottolenghi as mentioned in 'Sweet'. Despite the time it takes for these to be put together, the effort is totally worth it! Dangerously moreish.
