      Very refreshing! I didn't bother making blueberry ice cubes, just added frozen blueberries and crushed ice.. so I ended up with a gorgeous coloured, exceedingly refreshing cocktail! My finger lime bush has so many limes to use up!

      So, I didn't bother with the gold leaf and shaved chocolate decoration .. but this was a very boring cake. Texture/flavour is like a poor brownie. But with no real taste of chocolate. Another disappointing "new" cake. Will not repeat.

      Very simple. I thought the set a little too firm, but that may have been my fault as I subbed in "unknown" strength generic gelatine leaves for titanium, and calculated the set on volume. Sauce needs watching as it goes from "syrupy" to "set" awfully quickly, resulting in a "thinning" with some Malibu.
