  • Seared filet mignon with red-wine mushroom sauce

    • kbrooks on May 16, 2025

This red wine sauce is terrific. The sear and roast technique results in perfectly cooked filets.

  • Green beans with miso and sesame seeds

    • Rinshin on February 25, 2024

I really liked the taste of miso and scallion infused butter sauce but did not care for browning green beans in oven high temperature like this. They came out of the oven dry, light in weight, and too leathery/spongy. Would have been so much better simply blanched and blistered high heat in the saute pan then sauced. This sauce is very good this way though and I will be using this recipe again because the sauce is simple and versatile to make.

  • Cauilflower tikka masala

    • EmilyR on January 02, 2018

Very simple, quick, and unique, but slightly bland. I added a bit more garlic and chili to make it more flavorful.

  • Prosciutto-wrapped pork with apricot-sage stuffing and bourbon-mustard glaze

    • kbrooks on May 16, 2025

Absolutely fantastic! I've substituted other dried fruits for the apricots. Added 1 tablespoon Bourbon to the glaze.
