Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Smoked salmon scrambled eggs

    • Krisage on April 26, 2026

Didn’t have dairy cheese, but subbed in a splash of soy milk and plant-based cheddar. Tasty!

  • Coriander-crusted cod with leeks two ways

    • mharriman on May 08, 2022

My husband made this to give me a night off and the presentation was better than the food-styled photo! Recipe makes a delicious entree that is so filling, you barely need a side dish. I really liked how the Dijon mustard paired with the leeks and cod. For whatever reason, we could hardly taste the toasted/crushed coriander. Husband says the directions and steps were straightforward and the most time consuming part was washing the dirt from the leeks and separating them for the two part cooking.
