  • Crispy tofu with maple-soy glaze

    • jzanger on February 11, 2020

This was delicious, and a pretty quick meal for something with such nice flavors. I made the tofu as described but I served it with soba noodles that I dressed lightly with sesame oil and a few drops of soy sauce and rice vinegar. I also soaked a few shiitake mushrooms and sautéed them (sliced thinly) along with thinly sliced zucchini in the pan after the tofu came out. Cucumber was a great addition as well as the scallion and sesame seeds. The whole thing was pretty much eaten at room temperature and it was great. It would be a great cold noodle salad in the summer.

  • Za'atar fish and chips

    • ksg518 on February 07, 2020

This was delicious and very easy too, just two sheet pans. I thought the olives were a nice touch but it would still be good without them. The mint was a nice touch.

  • Brothy beans with kimchi and squash

    • grindabod on February 16, 2020

Like a really quick and (potentially) vegetarian version of kimchi jigae. Very flavourful.

  • Chicken braised in lime and peanut sauce

    • Kduncan on March 03, 2020

Totally did not look like the picture at the end. But it had great flavor, and didn't take too long to cook on a weeknight.

  • Blackened carrots with daikon and pomegranates

    • Kduncan on March 03, 2020

Had the daikon cut up, but forgot to add it at the last minute. Overall a nice recipe with good flavors. Does not keep well in terms of leftovers though, had to throw it out on day 3.

  • Chicken and rice meatballs with hummus

    • PQPantry on February 07, 2020

A keeper recipe. Easy and delicious. The salad is a key component - do not omit!
