      This is tasty but very sweet. I think the sugar needs to be reduced by half.

      These make lovely, fluffy diner-style pancakes. I made a half batch, which made 7 big pancakes. I added a bit of vanilla extract, and mixed chopped strawberries into the batter. Very nice, quick breakfast.
