      Didn’t use onion, pepper jack cheese or parsley. I used provolone cheese and piled on some very thinly shredded cabbage instead. Was excellent to have for a party. Only negative is that a lot of chicken fell out when I cut them apart. The rolls were a bit difficult to cut because the bottom bread crisped. Not sure can do anything about that other than move the entire thing to a cutting board and using a better big knife to cut through it like a pizza instead.

      There was too much meat and it overwhelmed the rest of the burger. The meat also got over mixed (could be user error, but I thought I followed the recipe pretty closely.) Also, overall these just weren't super exciting. I have had other sliders I have liked much better.

      As with all ground meat, minimal mixing is important. The amount of meat seamed right to me. Cooking it in the 9x13 pan made it almost perfect to put onto the bread whole. I added a squeeze of ketchup before the cheese and I think that added a lot, along with pickles on the side so they stay crisp. Was excellent to have for a party.       This was an easy dinner. We liked the dressing combined with the roasted vegetables. This makes more like 3 or 4 servings rather than 2.

      These just fell apart and what did survive just wasn't that exciting. Just not a favorite!
