    Lovely, colorful salad. The grapefruit vinaigrette is very simple but it's all that's needed if you've got beautiful fruit.

    I did not enjoy this. The weirdness of the cardamom pods with the bitter woodiness of the kale made for rough eating.

    This was a hit. I think the spice combo gives it an edge among my multitude of chili recipes.

    I didn't have canned chickpeas so I cooked some dried in the instantpot while I sauteed the rest of the ingredients separately. When the beans were done, I threw the sauteed stuff in and pressure cooked for another 10 minutes. We thought it was pretty delicious.

    This was good - even the 6 year old thought so. I subbed cabbage for Chinese celery which was fine.

    Simple but absolutely delicious.

    I think I would marinate the pork next time for an extra boost of flavor.
