Dill pickles, page 112. easy and great tasting, my husband wants to know why I haven't been making them for years. I used mini cucumbers rather than pickling cukes, that being what was available. Did some whole and some sliced as per the recipe. Both are great.

Saucy piquant pork chops, page 166, simple, quick and wonderful tasting pork chops. Reduced both red wine and balsamic vinegars by half to accommodate my family as well as added about 3/4 tsp of sugar. This made for mildly piquant sauce perfect for topping cooked rice with chops. Will repeat. Recipe at https://www.ediblebrooklyn.com/2018/vinegar-revival-harry-rosenblum/

Found the ratio of 1.5 cups vinegar to 1 cup sugar way too vinegary. Most recipes use a 1:1 ratio.
