      I spotted this recipe as I was indexing as I needed to use up some grapes (though green grapes) and had this lovely cranberry hazelnut sourdough bread - I used Philadelphia instead of feta but either way it was great and a lovely light dinner along with a salad.

      Such a nice surprise! I thought the combination of ingredients was odd, but I tried it anyway and it is very pleasant :) Everything marries well - I used smoked duck magret instead of confit for convenience and I used red kuri squash instead of butternut, but I don't think the recipe was significantly altered by these choices, although I do think it will be better with confit. Will try again :)

      Nice!!! The texture is perfect and really looks like jam :) Goes really well with the cheese ... Added some Cayenne as Espelette really isn't strong enough ... will definitely make again
