  • Beetroot, caraway and feta burgers

      These were great. Made small cakes instead of burgers as we were having them with linguine. They were quite wet when I formed them. Added extra flour as suggested and left them in the fridge for an hour. Shallow fried on each side for a minute or two and then into the oven while I prepared the pasta. Lovely and light yet filling. Had leftovers for lunch the next day and they were great. Will try the suggested halloumi version soon.
