      Second cake made out of this book. Lovely recipe but next time I would add a little more burnt butter to the crumble top but overall a delightful cake.

      This was a winner. I doubled the cardamom because mine is getting a little old. Note: bake at 350F (the recipe didn't give conversion to oven temps without fan).

      Adapted this to cupcakes as per the recipe. Made lactose free so wasn't able to use buttermilk but was still nice and chocolatey and easy to made

      This was great! A nice easy small bake full of flavor. It makes a small ~1/2 loaf (I didn't have the correct pan, obviously). I will surely be making this again.

      These were so tasty. Loved the addition of rosewater in the cream. The held up to being adapted to lactose free although the batter did look split at one stage (possibly due to the dairy free butter) and they didn't rise much they were still light and fluffy. Also very easy to make. Would make them again.
