I had some of the green seasoning leftover from making Pepperpot (recipe is available online). This was a fabulous use for it! Usually served as a bar snack with beer, I served it as a meal with seasoned sweet potato wedges and coleslaw. I cooked it for longer than the recipe said, because we weren't ready to eat yet, but it would have been tender in the time stated.
