Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Korean-inspired beef bulgogi lettuce wraps

    • redbird on May 01, 2026

We really enjoyed this recipe. Used Tokyo bekhana from my CSA share for the wraps. Couldn't find Asian pears here (Vermont - a desert when it comes to good grocery stores) so used a bit of pineapple juice instead.

  • Mango lassi

    • julie_o94mq6 on March 20, 2026

One of our favorite treats, more often use frozen chopped mangoes, easier and equally delicious This is one of my favorite cookbooks of all time!

  • Vanilla bean macarons

    • Mliston on March 21, 2026

So much easier than I thought they would be to make. Super sweet with great vanilla flavor. The shells turn out fluffy and a little chewy inside but crunchy outside. This time I added a little orange extract to the filling to make creamsicle flavor! Yum!
