  • Mango and lime meringue pie

    • Anea25 on October 20, 2023

really nice flavour. Only used half the sugar Next time, I will double the amount of filling and reduce by half the meringue.

  • Cardamom and walnut sticky toffee pudding

    • Clog on October 17, 2022

An immediate winner in this household. Tasted even better the next day.

  • Saffron fennel loaf cake

    • pomona on July 03, 2022

A tasty, tasty cake. I didn't have cream or sour cream, so I replaced with plain (not strained) yoghurt. Chetna has a video for this one.

  • Walnut and date swirl bread

    • CourtneyT on January 10, 2026

Nice flavours and relatively straightforward to make. Not overly sweet. Edited to add: Upon reflection and further tasting, the date flavour is overwhelmed by the chocolate so the recipe title is a bit pointless. This recipe is having a bit of an identity crisis.

  • Peanut masala tear-and-share rolls

    • Clog on September 02, 2022

Very tasty. Very moreish. I can confirm that the bread does not keep very well, so best eaten warm on the day it is baked as indicated in the recipe.

  • Raspberry cardamom jam

    • Anea25 on October 01, 2023

amazing combination well raspberry is one of my favorite fruits and cardamom is one of my favorite spices
