    I have made this ice cream both as a straight vanilla and as chocolate chip. This is a delicious vanilla ice cream that is great for a beginner like me. I'm sure I will repeat this recipe numerous times with the occasional tweak thrown in for variety.

    Excellent ice cream. Very peachy (lots of peaches in there!), with a lovely tang from the creme fraiche.
