Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Rigatoni with turkey sausage and tomato-cream sauce

    • Logan92995 on November 02, 2023

A very delicious and very easy recipe to put together. All the flavors come together well and the red pepper flakes added a lil oomph to the dish. Also, as with any pasta dish, this made quite a lot, so it's a good dish to put together if you're planning on meal prepping/cooking for a crowd.

  • Georgian-style chicken stew with tomatoes and herbs

    • Rinshin on November 22, 2023

A breeze to make and very satisfying dinner with a side of mashed potatoes. Low temperature setting using slow cooker function with Instant Pot for 4 1/2 hrs per recipe. I think it should be perfectly cooked at 3 1/2 hrs as mine was turning color more than recipe photo, but it was still very good. I think the addition of cilantro and dill as indicated before serving elevates this recipe. Photo added.

  • Basque-style cheesecake

    • jenburkholder on May 13, 2024

I've never had a Basque cheesecake before so have no basis of comparison, but this was quite tasty and - with no crust - very easy. Didn't get as dark on top as some, but temped as done (155 degrees). Texture was quite nice. Added a little vanilla to the mix as it seemed odd without.
