Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Cowboy beans with cornbread dumplings

    • quinn_q3nqrr on May 17, 2026

Easier than I expected and super impressive for a dinner party. Also extremely delicious! But like most recipes in this book it's so many ingredients, and acquiring king oyster mushrooms isn't easy (I used them and shiitake from M&S mixed punnet).

  • Seitan deli meat

    • annettle on March 10, 2024

There's a fair bit of effort here but it's probably the best seitan recipe I've ever made! A reuben sandwich made with this is absolutely delicious. It freezes well too, so my time investment kept me stocked up for a while.

  • Vegan mozzarella

  • Grateable Parmesan

    • helene_ti6d40 on February 07, 2026

Best vegan parmasan ever! I got vegan lactic acid especially for it and it was definitely worth it
