      Fabulous chocolatey gluten-free cookies! Made 2 small changes, had to substitute light brown sugar for the dark brown sugar called for in the recipe. And 3 ounces of bittersweet chocolate seemed kind of skimpy, so I used a whole bag of dark chocolate chips. Very easy too. Made approximately 2 1/2 dozen cookies using a medium cookie scoop.
