    We both liked this and it was fairly easy, but frenching the green beans was a pain.

    The Danesco Krisk bean slicer on Amazon actually works for frenching beans, although it's still a pain in the neck.

    I marinated the beef for only 30 mins whilst prepping the other ingredients, yet it was still very tender & tasty. An easy midweek meal.

    Marinated both the pork & the tofu overnight. Pretty tasty, but I think some extra veg is needed to stop it looking so... beige.

    Me gustó pero le doy 4 estrellas porque creo que hay que hacer ajustes. Solo alcanza para 2 no para 4. Sugiero hacer lo doble de salsa. Yo utilicé fideos de arroz finos.

    The recipe was fine, but this just wasn't quite our thang. It does make quite a lot of sauce, so err on the rice noodles being a little undercooked from the outset or you might have a mush situation.
