    This book and "20 Minute Meals" were a revelation for me as a young man in my early twenties. I was learning to cook and struggling to get everything to come out at the same time. The Game Plans are brilliant and the recipes are quick, simple and healthy. I found used copies a few years ago and still use them regularly. These are wonderful cookbooks!

    Not sure why more people don't own this book. Marian was the one of the original quick-to-cook authors. Her recipes are simple and flavorful and as quick to fix as advertised. There are also many vegetarian meals included. She prepares main dish, side and salad all in 30 min. Some of our favorites are: Chicken Oreganato Deviled Chicken Thighs Cinnamon Chicken Chili Cheese Rice Orange Chicken Shrimp FooYong Deviled Pork Chops
