      Family loved this and I thought it turned out very well. It was my first time cooking pasta in the instant pot and 5 minutes was perfect for pasta with an 11-12 minute cook time. It was slightly underdone at first but continued to cook/soften as it absorbed more liquid. I stirred about 2/3 the cheese into the mixture, transferred it to a baking dish, topped it with the remaining cheese and broiled it.

      Quick & quite good. I would add a couple extra chicken thighs, as there was more rice than I would serve with the chicken.

      made this in ip using strictly mussels, omitting potates. sauteed veg first, then cooked with tomato, stock & mussles on high for 5 minutes.
