Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Loaded sweet potatoes with gochujang turkey

    • meggan on February 06, 2026

I really liked this though we put it inside a little koginut squash instead of a sweet potato. How cute!

    • MmeFleiss on May 20, 2026

This was tasty but definitely needs more heat. I would also skip the honey next time since the sweet potatoes were sweet enough.

  • Black bean Bolognese

    • KNivia on February 22, 2026

We made this in honor of lunar New Year…although very non traditional recipe! It’s incredible! I would never have put these flavors together in a bolognese. We did use sake and pappardelle noodles. Incredible flavors and much easier than traditional bolognese.

  • Buldak chicken Parm

    • Stephenn31 on February 17, 2026

Make sure to warn your guests that this has an unexpected kick of heat! But overall a good recipe.
