    Sticky Spiced Chicken with Bombay Potato Hash - really enjoyed this. Would perhaps add a bit more curry powder to marinade and potato hash in the future. Started chicken in pan and finished in the oven.

      Great way to make porridge a bit more interesting. Not quite as healthy but I added in a spoon of jam for a Bakewell flavour

      Easy to make and turned out ok - no eggs scrambled. I’d use Parma ham again.

      Flavours were delicious although I felt the potatoes needed additional seasoning and the microwave step did not cook the potatoes well. I’m future would parboil as they ended up needing a lot longer in the pan and had to add some stock to help them cook. The chicken was delicious and with lots of pomegranate, coriander and raita it felt really fresh and summery.
