      Had some cottage cheese just past the sell by date so I decided to try this. Recipe worked perfectly, lovely rise. Nice tasting savory loaf.

  • Bubble corn bread

      I made this but it was little overdone. I baked it for about 5 minutes less than what the recipe said so I am not sure. I would make it again as I love the tear off effect and the fact that it was a cornbread that was not sweet.
