    Burnt garlic and mint chutney (pg 56) is a yogurt based chutney with roasted garlic, mint, ginger, black salt, chillies, and lemon juice. This is an absolutely fantastic chutney that is familiar enough to get the hesitant eater to try. Unfortunately for me, my hesitant eater is allergic to garlic.
