      This was a very good and tasty pumpkin soup.

      Great soup - cooked it on Auto overnight. Used a large pork shank, parsley instead of celery, kumara & parsnip instead of potato, and chucked in a few carrots too. Diced the vegetables very finely.

      Beautiful flavours, used gravy beef and cooked on High for 6 hours. Very yummy. Needed thickening.
