I’ve always loved this small, personal-feeling book of sweet recipes with a salty twist. When published, it was sort of ahead of its time as people weren’t yet sprinkling salt on their chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Almost everything is a quick bake or simple candy-making project — very practical.

A little worried about this one. This frosting on the first recipe we tried didn't come out right. Great idea for a book, but can't be sure it was proofed thoroughly.
