Chef John has teamed with Ron Schara and Raven to create two cookbooks that travel with you on excursions. The recipes included in these two books have been presented on the television shows Minnesota Bound & Backroads with Ron and Raven, and are some of John's favorites to take on trips and prepare in camp. The Minnesota Bound Fish Cookbook contains recipes for chowders, sandwiches, fillets and side dishes to complement fish. Recipes for large and small game, upland game, waterfowl and sides are included in the Minnesota Bound Game Cookbook.
