    I really like this book. A nice variety of recipes w some unique dishes and unique and delicious rubs, marinades, salsas and sides. Most recipes are quick to prepare and straightforward. Lots of good information on grilling, recipe variations, tips and suggested menu ideas accompany the recipes.
