    Made the Warm Rice Noodles with Stir-fried Beef, Saigon Style on page 58 again last night. That is such a lovely dish. Once you stir the ingredient together in your bowl the textures are fantastic. Crunchy salad greens, cucumber, bean sprouts mixed with the spicy warm stir fry is just delicious. Makes for a wonderful lunch dish.
