  • Chickpea and olive salad

      Made this today with tinned chickpeas so no soaking or cooking required. Used a regular (English) cucumber. Super easy and very tasty. Would make a great packed lunch - no leaves to get soggy. Baby ate a big bowl of this, even the red onion, which really surprised me. The chickpeas kept her busy for a while which was a bonus! Vegan. Allergy-friendly. Will make again!

  • Tofu, peanut and noodle stir-fry

      The dominant flavour is actually the kecap manis, rather than the peanut butter, which took me by surprise as I has been anticipating a satay-style stir fry. It was a good stir fry, though we personally found it was a bit too sweet to our taste.
