      Variation on the traditional fruit crumble with a 'pie' dough topping, baked until golden brown. Would work equally well with other stone fruit or apples, pears or berries. Delicious served warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.

      Moroccan-flavoured chicken, zucchini, tomatoes and chickpeas served with lemon couscous. Simple to make. A little extra seasoning is required to bring out the flavours.

      This is absolutely delicious. I could only source salted mackerel in a jar, which had a very pungent smell that pervaded the house for some time after cooking. I would like to know if vacuum sealed salted mackerel has the same pugency.
