I only had a 300 mL can of condensed milk, so I made up the balance with whipping (heavy cream). I used a blend of both sweetened and unsweetened shredded coconut. In my oven I had to bake the cookies for a little less than the recipe stated. I used silicone on my cookie sheets, and removed them to the cooling rack after about two minutes out of the oven. I used a small cookie scoop, and made 38 cookies. Very good, and fudge-like. Appreciated by the elderly people in my life.
